Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Coffee and Tea Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at katina@yourplaceofhope.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.

Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Contact katina@yourplaceofhope.com to initiate a return.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Contact us at katina@yourplaceofhope.com to make changes.
