Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged contact us within 7 days at katina@yourplaceofhope.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on your selected billing date. You will receive an email reminder before each shipment.
